摘　　要：为了提高办公自动化文档在多层结构数据库应用程序中的存、取效率,对程序编码结构进行了优化分析。采用Delphi自定义类封装所有对数据库的操作,通过ADO数据库访问技术、BLOB字段、组件对象模型以及文件流联合编码,实现人力资源管理信息系统数据库中增、删、改、查的用户指令。程序运行的结果表明,该编码技术可以为在无纸化办公系统中Word文案的管理提供一种可行、高效的方法。To improve the access efficiency of office document in multi-tiered database application architecture,the optimization is analyzed for encoding program structure.All operations in database are encapsulated by custom class,based on the combined coding by ADO data access technology,BLOB field,COM(Component Object Model)and FileStream,the users'instructions about adding,deleting,updating and querying can be achieved.The result of the program shows that this coding technique can provide a feasible and efficient way for the management of word documents in automatic or paperless office system.
