摘  要:为进一步弥补以"单一分数形式"确定LEED绿评级别的简单化与绝对化特征的不足,增强绿色建筑评估结果的可靠性与合理性,通过延伸集对分析理论的"三划分"思想,把区间评定值转化成联系数的形式,构建了具有元素权重的LEED NC 2009版绿色建筑评估结果的集对分析模型。应用该模型分析了某8个待评估建筑的权重联系度、集对势与悲观势、不确定性,这些指标分别反映各自达到最优安全质量标准的优劣次序、相对于标准之间的差距、转化为最优安全标准的态势以及潜在的不确定性,得到的考评结果可信度更高。To further make up the deficiency of simplicity and the absolute features of the LEED green rating determined by the single fractional,the reliability and rationality of the results which come from the assessment of the green building should be enhanced.By extending the'three division'thought of the set pair analysis theory,the interval estimation is transformed into connection coefficient form,a set pair analysis model is built for LEED NC 2009green building assessment results with element weights.The model is applied to analyze the weight connection degree,the potential and pessimism potential,uncertainty of the 8building to be assessed.These indicators partly reflect the rank of lattice to achieve optimal safety and quality standards,the gap between the standards,the state of the optimal safety standards translated and the potential uncertainty,higher reliability of the evaluation results can be obtained.
