摘　　要：本文首先介绍体外预应力的力学特点,并分析体外预应力的内力结构,为了能够更好地设计体外预应力结构,最后针对具体的转向装置及混凝土局部承压情况进行一定程度的设计。This paper introduces the mechanical characteristics of external prestressing, and analyzes the internal structure of external force prestressed, in order to have a better design of prestressed structure, finally carries on the design to a certain extent according to the local bearing device specific and concrete local bearing.
