摘　　要：工程作为一个重要项目,任何经济体制下都有一定的造价计价模式,我国在计划经济体制下是定额计价,在市场经济体制下是清单计价。本文就清单计价模式进行分析,探讨工程造价如何在清单计价模式下得到合理有效的控制。The project as an important project, there are certain cost valuation model in any economic system, our country in the planned economy system is the quota valuation, and in the market economy system is detailed list valuation. This article analyzes quantities bill valuation mode of construction cost, discusses how to make a reasonable and effective control of construction cost under the bill valuation mode.
