摘　　要：本文结合当前我国住宅产业化进程,分析了高层工业化住宅装修的特点,探讨了其主体结构、装修与设备的有机整合与部品化、装配化的构造技术,希望对工业化住宅的未来装修提供一些建议与参考。In this article, the author combines with the process of Chinese current housing industry, analyzes the characteristics of high-rise residential renovation of industrialization, and discusses the main structure, decoration and the organic integration of equipment, the construction technology of assembly, and hope provide some suggestions and reference for the industrialized housing future renovation.
