摘　　要：在我国高速的城市化进程中,全国各地开展了大规模的城市建设,改造老城、开辟新区等一系列的城市更新运动正在如火如荼的进行着。本文基于BIM(建筑信息模型)的理念和技术,挖掘了BIM在城市设计领域中的应用,拓展了城市设计的方法范围和技术内涵,为城市设计的精细化、信息化做出了初步探索。In the high-speed urbanization in China, the largescale city construction carried out all over the country, a series of city renewal movements as transformation of the old town, opening up the new district, carry on like a raging fire. This paper based on the concept and technology of BIM (building information model), excavates the application of BIM in the city design, expand the method scope of city design and technology content, to make the preliminary exploration for the refine, informationization city design.
