摘 要:研究了2008—2010年春夏季(3—8月)辽宁省盘锦地区小球藻Chlorella pyrenoidesa体内总脂肪含量和脂肪酸组成的变化规律。结果表明:春季(4—6月)采集的小球藻粗脂肪含量显著高于初春(3月)和夏季(7、8月);采集的小球藻脂肪酸中多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量,3—5月逐渐上升,6—8月显著下降(P<0.05),其中4、5月PUFA含量均较高,约占总脂肪酸的51%,主要是二十碳五烯酸(EPA)的含量增加;小球藻脂肪酸中饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量的变化规律与PUFA相反,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量的波动较小。研究表明,4—5月是盘锦地区室外土池培养小球藻的最佳收获期。The total lipid content and the fatty acid composition were investigated in green alga Chlorella pyrenoidesa collected from Panjin in Liaoning province during spring and summer( from March to August during 2008-2010). The results showed that the green alga had significantly higher total lipid content in spring( April,May and June) than the alga collected in early spring( March) and summer( July and August). There was significantly higher percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acid( PUFA) in the green alga from March to May and lower from June to August,the maximum representing ≈51% of the total fatty acid levels,predominant eicosapentaenoic acid( EPA),in May and April. The levels of saturated fatty acid( SFA) was decreased gradually from March to May, and significantly increased from May to August. The levels of monounsaturated fatty acid( MUFA) was found to be remained little change from March to August. Therefore,the optimal harvesting period of Chlorella pyrenoidesa from outdoor earthern culture ponds was of spring( April to May).
