摘　　要：文章介绍了国内外图书馆自助服务的发展概况,论述了图书馆自助服务系统的具体实施方案及其自助构架,如自助查询、自助借书、自助还书、配套设施等,同时也指出了自助系统的局限性,对自助服务系统正常运作提出若干建议。The article makes an introduction to the development of the library self-service at home and abroad,expounds the concrete implementation planning,such as: self-inquiry,self-help in borrowing and returning of books,and supporting facilities.The article also points out the limitations of the self-service system and makes a number of recommendations to ensure the normal operation of the self-service system.
