摘　　要：根据国标要求对按钮机械寿命实现条件进行了阐述。在机械寿命试验中结合实际测试操作机构速度对寿命的影响,通过分析得出了合理的操作速度范围。典型的机械寿命试验设备及操作速度的调节方法对按钮类产品的研究和测试具有参考价值。最后给出了一种典型的机械寿命操作设备的软、硬件实现方式。Based on GB standard,the realization condition of mechanical life test of push button was illustrated. Combined with the actual test,this article analyzed the influence of operating speed to mechanical life and got a reasonable range of operating speed. The typical mechanical life test bench and adjustment method of operating speed have the reference value to the study and testing of push button products.
