摘　　要：阐述了适用于现场的便携式智能控制器测试仪研究和应用的重要性。介绍了测试仪的国内外技术现状、功能要求及技术参数。论述了测试仪关键技术的研究,并进行了相关试验与验证,提出了通用型测试仪将是现场万能式断路器控制器性能检测的发展方向和趋势。This paper expounded the importance of research and application for field portable intelligent controller tester and introduced the present situation of domestic and foreign technology,the functional requirements and technical parameters of the testing instrument. The paper also discussed the research on the key technology of the testing instrument. The related test and verification were carried out. The universal tester will be the developing direction and trend of the field circuit breaker controller performance test.
