摘 要:针对大庆油田二类油层增产改造的需要,开发柔性微球颗粒调剖剂,通过双管岩心驱替和封堵实验,研究剪切过程对柔性微球颗粒调剖剂性能的影响,以及柔性微球颗粒调剖剂对驱油效率的影响.实验结果表明,柔性微球颗粒调剖剂的初始粒径为18.02μm,能够以任意浓度在水中均匀分散,遇水后缓速膨胀,48h后柔性微球颗粒的粒径增加20%~30%.柔性微球颗粒剂出口粒径为18.13μm,与驱替前颗粒调剖剂的粒径相当,多次剪切后柔性微球颗粒剂的粒径保持不变.岩心封堵后水驱残余阻力因数达到214.低渗沙管的残余油可以被有效地动用,双管岩心驱替整体提高采收率10%以上,增油效果显著,可以有效解决大庆油田二类油层增产改造的问题.To meet the need of Daqing oilfield in classⅡreservoirs regenerated to yield,developing flexible gel particle profile control agent characterized by double tube core displacement and plugging experiment,to study the performance effect of flexible gel particle profile control agent through shearing process.The results turn out the initial diameter of flexible profile control particle was 18.02μm,which could disperse even and swell slowly,and the diameter increase 20%~30%after 48h.Before and after some time displacement and shearing process,the diameter of flexible profile control particle hold the line,and after the first time displacement and shearing the diameter is 18.13μm.When the core is plugged,the residual resistance coefficient reach 214.Residual oil in the low permeability tube could be used effectively,and the overall recovery rate of double tube core displacement and plugging increase more than 10%,which could effectively and significantly solve the problems of Daqing oilfield in classⅡreservoirs boosting production.
