摘 要:目的观察石斛合剂序贯治疗对GK大鼠糖脂代谢及胰岛素分泌功能的影响。方法选用雄性GK大鼠50只,分为模型组、二甲双胍治疗组、石斛合剂序贯治疗中剂量组和高剂量组,并用同源Wistar大鼠8只作为正常对照组,疗程结束后取腹主动脉血测血糖、血脂、胰岛素、胰高血糖素,并在处死前一天作葡萄糖耐量实验。结果石斛合剂中剂量组对GK大鼠糖脂代谢改善明显,高糖负荷2 h后血糖及葡萄糖曲线下面积下降明显,与模型组比较差异显著,HDL-c、CHOL下降(P<0.01),禁食胰岛素上升(P<0.01),胰高血糖素、GSP下降(P<0.05)。结论石斛合剂序贯治疗能改善GK大鼠糖脂代谢,提高胰岛素分泌,纠正胰岛素抵抗。Objective To observe the effects of Dendrobium compound sequential therapy on glycolipid metabolism and insulin secretion in GK rats.Methods 50 male GK rats were divided into model group,Metformin group,and middle and high dosage of Dendrobium compound groups.Another 8 Wistar rats were taken as normal control group.After the treatment,the blood of abdominal aorta was obtained to detected the levels of fasting serum glucose,blood lipid,insulin and glucagon,and oral glucose tolerance test was done one day before the rats were sacrificed.Results The glycolipid metabolism in GK rats of middle dosage of Dendrobium compound group was improved significantly after the treatment,and the blood glucose and glucose area under curve was decreased significantly after 2 hours glucose load compared with model group.The levels of HDL-c and CHOL were decreased(P<0.01).The level of fasting serum glucose was increased(P<0.01).The levels of glucagon and glycosylated serum protein were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Dendrobium compound sequential therapy could improve glycolipid metabolism in GK rats,enhance insulin secretion and correct insulin resistance.
