围绝经期综合征证、舌与脱落细胞的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨围绝经期综合征证素与舌苔、阴道脱落细胞的相关性。方法选择102例围绝经期综合征患者,采用辨证要素积分的方法,通过对患者舌象、舌苔与阴道脱落细胞的观察,研究围绝经期综合征证素与脱落细胞的相关性。结果观察组紫舌与剥苔MV最低,舌苔脱落细胞MV与肾、肝、气滞、寒、阳虚、血虚呈负相关;阴道脱落细胞MV与热呈正相关,与肾、气滞、寒、气虚、阳虚、血虚呈负相关。结论围绝经期综合征舌象的形成与舌苔脱落细胞具有内在联系,舌苔脱落细胞能够在一定程度上反映肾虚、肝郁病理变化。Objective To discuss the relationship among syndrome elements,and exfoliated cells of tongue coating and vagina in perimenopausal syndrome(PS).Methods 102 PS patients were selected and the method of syndrome elements differentiation were used.The tongue demonstration and exfoliated cells of tongue coating and vagina of PS patients were observed,then the relationship between syndrome elements and exfoliated cells was explored.Results The MV levels of purple tongue and exfoliative fur in observation group were the lowest,and the MV level of exfoliated cells of tongue coating was negatively related to kidney,liver,Qi stagnation,cold,insufficiency of Yang and blood deficiency;the MV level of exfoliated cells of vagina was positively related to heat,and negatively related to kidney,Qi stagnation,cold,Qi deficiency,insufficiency of Yang and blood deficiency.Conclusion The exfoliated cells of tongue coating are related to the formation of tongue demonstration of PS patients,which could reflect the pathological changes of kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver-Qi to some extent.
