橄榄醋抗菌作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究橄榄醋的体内、体外抗菌作用。方法体外抗菌实验:采用含药平板稀释法;体内抗菌实验:橄榄醋30 mL/kg、15 mL/kg、7.5 mL/kg 3组剂量灌胃3 d后,小鼠腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌菌液造成感染,继续给药至7 d,观察7 d内各组小鼠的死亡情况。结果体外实验显示,橄榄醋对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌均有不同程度的抑制作用;体内实验显示,橄榄醋对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌感染小鼠均有保护作用,高剂量组与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论橄榄醋具有较好的抗菌效果。Objective To investigate the antibacterial effect of canarium album vinegar in vivo and in vitro.Methods The drug-containing flat plates and dilution method was used in vitro antimicrobial experiments.In vivo antimicrobial experiments,mice were divided into 3 groups,and given respectively canarium album vinegar 30 mL / kg,15 mL / kg and 7.5 mL / kg by gavage for 3 days,then injected intraperitoneally with strains of staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and received successive administration for 7 days.The number of dead mice was observed during the 7 days.Results Vitro experiments showed that canarium album vinegar had inhibitory effect on colibacillus,staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in different degree;Vivo experiments showed that canarium album vinegar had protective effect on mice infected by staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and there was significant difference between high dose group and model group(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Canarium album vinegar has a good antimicrobial effect.
