挖掘中药功能组合判定五脏归经的规律

摘　　要：目的为中药药性五脏归经理论的总结奠定大样本数据挖掘的基础,并为中药新资源的开发及临床用药提供五脏归经判定的理论线索。方法在对中药归经进行频数分析基础上,选择《中华本草》所载8980味中药的五脏归经数据及关联的药物功能索引数据作为数据集,采用IBMSPSS Clementine 14.1数据挖掘平台,选择Apriori模型挖掘分类关联规则,设置规则前件最小支持度阈值为0.1%,最小置信度阈值为60%。结果共挖掘出涉及五脏归经的分类关联规则32条。结论①具有重镇安神、发散风热&明目等功能的中药多归肝经;②具有重镇安神、补气&安神等功能的中药多归心经;③具有补脾胃&补气等功能的中药多归脾经;④具有润肺化痰等功能的中药多归肺经;⑤具有补肾阳&补血等功能的中药多归肾经。Objective To lay the foundation of a large sample data mining for a summary concerning five viscera channel tropism theory of Chinese herbs properties,and also provide theory clues of five vis cera channel tropism judging for the new resource development and clinical use of Chinese herbs.Methods The data of five viscera channel tropism of 8980 Chinese herbs from 'Chinese Herbal Medicine(CHM)' and associated index data of Chinese herbs function were selected as data sets based on frequency analysis of Chi nese herbs channel tropism.The IBM SPSS Clementine 14.1 data mining platform and apriori model were adopted for class association rules mining.The minimum support threshold of setting rule antecedent and the minimum confidence threshold were 0.1% and 60% respectively.Results 32 class association rules concerning five viscera channel tropism were found.Conclusion Chinese herbs which have the functions of tranquilizing spirit with heavy settling,dispelling wind-hot and improving eyesight belong to liver meridian.Chinese herbs which have the functions of tranquilizing spirit with heavy settling,tonifying Qi and tranquiliz ing spirit belong to heart meridian.Chinese herbs which have the functions of tonifying spleen and stomach,and tonifying Qi belong to spleen meridian.Chinese herbs which have the function of moistening the lung and resolving phlegm belong to lung meridian.Chinese herbs which have the functions of tonifying kidney Yang and nourishing blood belong to kidney meridian.
