摘 要:目的观察石斛合剂序贯疗法对糖尿病模型大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取健康雌性Wistar大鼠68只,随机分为正常对照组(8只)和实验组(60只),实验组大鼠高脂高糖喂养4周后予腹腔注射STZ造模。将成模大鼠随机分为模型组、石斛合剂1、2、3方组、序贯方组和二甲双胍组。相应药物连续灌胃16周后,检测大鼠血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、胰岛素(INS)、胰高血糖素(GLU)等指标。结果治疗16周后,与模型组比较,石斛合剂1、2、3方组、序贯方组、二甲双胍组的FBG降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),石斛合剂3方组的TG降低(P<0.05),石斛合剂序贯方组的TC降低(P<0.05),石斛合剂1、2、3方、序贯方组INS升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);石斛合剂序贯方组的INS、GLU最接近正常组。结论石斛合剂1、2、3方及序贯方能有效降低糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、血脂,石斛合剂序贯法的综合疗效最佳。Objective To observe the effect of Dendrobium compound sequential therapy on glycolipid metabolism in diabetes rats. Methods 68 healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=8) and experimental group(n=60). The rats in experimental group were fed with high lipid and high glucose diets, then intraperitoneally injected with STZ to establish diabetic rat models. The model rats were randomly divided into model group, Dendrobium compound No.1, 2, 3 groups, sequential group and metformin group, the rats were gastric perfused with corresponding drugs for 16 weeks, then levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG), triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(TC), insulin(INS), glucagon(GLU) in rats were detected. Results After 16 weeks of treatment, compared with model group, the FBG level in Dendrobium compound No.1, 2, 3 groups, sequential group and metformin group were decreased respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01), the TG level in Dendrobium compound No.3 group was decreased significantly(P<0.05), the TC level in sequential group was decreased significantly(P<0.05), and the INS level in Dendrobium compound No.1, 2, 3 groups and sequential group were increased respectively(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The levels of INS and GLU in sequential group were closest to normal group. Conclusion Dendrobium compound No.1, 2, 3 and sequential prescription can effectively decrease the levels of blood sugar and lipids, and the comprehensive therapeutic effect of Dendrobium compound sequential therapy was the best.
