摘 要:目的建立灯盏花素微乳凝胶剂中野黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为DiamonsiL C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇∶0.1%磷酸水(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为334 nm。结果野黄芩苷在0.5~2.5μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.92%(RSD=1.56%)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏、专属性强,可作为控制灯盏花素微乳凝胶剂质量的方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of scutellarin in breviscapine microemulsion-based gels. Methods The separation was performed on DiamonsiL C18(4.6×250 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(40:60) as mobile phase, flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, and the detective wavelength was 334 nm. Results The linear range of scutellarin was 0.5-2.5 μg(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 100.92%(RSD = 1.56%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and specific, and it can be used for the quality control of breviscapine microemulsion-based gels.
