摘　　要：当前大学生就业形势严峻,竞争激烈,已成为社会各界热切关注的问题。开展好大学生职业生涯规划是解决大学生就业难的途径之一。基于渐进性视角的大学生职业生涯规划提供了更切合实际的理论指导和实践模式。把大学生职业生涯规划理解为一个不断进行选择和决策的过程,是渐进性职业生涯规划的核心思想,它更有利于把握生涯规划规律,明确各阶段的任务,制定有效的方案和进行有效的选择。Nowadays,the employment situation of university students has been severe and competitive,thus,it becomes the keen affair of the whole world.To develop university students’ career planning is one of the ways to solve the problem of difficulty of students’ employment.The career planning of university students in the perspective of progressiveness provides us more practical theoretical guidance and practice mode.It is the core thought of progressive career planning to take the university students’ career planning as a process of continuous choice and decision,which is more beneficial to grasp the law of career planning,to nail each stages tasks down,and to establish effective plan and choice.
