摘　　要：学术期刊的科学发展体现出文化发展与社会发展密不可分的关系。基于全面、协调、可持续发展的要求,在阐述学术期刊科学发展内涵要求与现状的基础上,对学术期刊科学发展中"人本"要素及结构进行重新定位,客观反映学术期刊发展的现实要求,以求为学术期刊的发展和改革提供一些思路和参考。The scientific development of academic journals reflects the inseparable relationship between culture development and social development.Based on the requirement of all-round,coordinated and sustainable development,the connotation of academic journals scientific development and present situation were elaborated.The reorientation of the humanism elements and structure of scientific development in academic journals objectively reflected the practical requirements of the development of academic journals.Some ideas and reference for the reform and development of academic journals were proposed.
