斑蝥酸钠维生素B_6注射液诱导人膀胱癌EJ细胞凋亡实验观察

摘　　要：目的观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液对体外培养的人膀胱癌EJ细胞增殖抑制作用和凋亡的影响。方法应用流式细胞仪、CCK-8法、荧光倒置显微镜分析斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液作用EJ细胞后的变化。结果斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液对EJ细胞有增殖抑制作用,实验出现凋亡带及凋亡峰。结论斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液对体外培养的EJ细胞生长有明显的抑制作用,可以诱导EJ细胞凋亡。Objective To investigate the effects of disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection on proliferation inhibition and apoptosis of human bladder cancer cells(EJ cells) in vitro.Methods The changes of EJ cells were observed and analyzed by CCK-8 method,flow cytometry,fluorescence microscopy and apoptosis of EJ cells which were dealed with disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection was detected.Results The EJ cells which were dealed with disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection had the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis with apoptotic peak and belt.Conclusion In vitro,disodium cantharidinate and vitamin B6 injection could significantly inhibit the growth and induce apoptosis of EJ cells.
