摘　　要：目的:探讨免疫指标IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ检测对滴虫性尿路感染治疗的指导作用。方法:对75例滴虫性尿路感染患者应用甲硝唑进行治疗,初次治愈前后均采外周血进行血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ测定,将复发病例的血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ与未复发病例治疗前后的相应指标进行对比分析。结果:治疗前,复发组患者血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ水平与未复发组无明显差异性(P>0.05),初次治疗达治愈标准后,复发组患者血清IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ水平均明显高于未复发组(P<0.01)。结论:免疫指标IL-1、IL-8、TNF-ɑ检测对滴虫性尿路感染的治疗具有指导作用,可以有效避免过早停药造成的复发。Objective:To study the guiding role of test the immune indexes IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑto the treatment of trichomonal urinary tract infection.Methods: 75 cases of trichomonal urinary tract infection patients were treated by metronidazole,before and after initial cure,collecting peripheral blood to test serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑ level,the serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑ level of recurrent cases and no recurrent cases before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:Before treatment,serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑ level of recurrent patients and no recurrent patients showed no significant difference(P&gt;0.05),after the initial treatment to cure standard,serum IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑlevel of recurrent group were obviously higher than no recurrent group(P&lt;0.01).Conclusion:Testing immune indexes IL-1,IL-8,TNF-ɑ has a guiding role of treat trichomonal urinary tract infection,can effectively avoid recurrence due to premature discontinuation.
