双黄连口服液对肺炎双球菌等十一种致病菌抑制作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双黄连口服液对肺炎双球菌等是一种致病菌的抑制作用,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法:以双黄连注射液为阳性对照品,将双黄连口服液和阳性对照品稀释成不同浓度的溶液,用体外培养的方法对肺炎双球菌等十一个致病菌株的抑制作用进行试验,考察双黄连口服液对上述致病菌的抑制作用。结果:双黄连口服液对肺炎双球菌等十一种致病菌株均有抑制作用,对肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌A、小肠炎耶氏菌、甲型付伤寒杆菌、宋内氏痢疾杆菌的抑制作用弱于双黄连注射液;而对福氏痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌的抑制作用与双黄连注射液一致。结论:双黄连口服液具有抑菌作用,可以用于病菌感染所致某些疾病的治疗。Objective:To investigate the Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid on pneumococcus on inhibitory effects for pneumococci pathogenic bacteria,as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Taking Shuanghuanglian injection as positive control product,Shuanghuanglian oral liquid and the positive control product were diluted to different concentrations of solution.Inhibition effects for pneumococci and other 11 kinds of pathogenic bacteria strains were tested by the method of in vitro cultivation.inhibitory effects of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid on the above pathogenic bacteria were investigated.Results:Shuanghuanglian oral liquid has inhibitory effects on pneumococci and other 11 kinds of pathogenic strains,It had weaker inhibitory effects on pneumococcus,staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus A,Yersinlaenterocolitisoi,Salmonella Paratyphia;Shigella sonnei than Shuanghuanglian injection;Its inhibitory effects on Flexner sdysenterybacillus,Salmonella typhi was consistent with the inhibitory effects of Shuanghuanglian injection.Conclusion: Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid has bacteriostatic effects,It can be used in the treatment of certain diseases caused by bacterial infections.
