摘　　要：将同一样品在室内用不同引物对各植株进行检测,并与田间检测结果比对,发现不同方法对杂株的判别能力不同,并分析了导致同一植株出现不同判定结果的原因,为降低分子检测和田间鉴定结果之间的误差提出了相应技术对策。All the plants of a same sample were detected by SSR markers in door,and compared with field tests.It was found that the distinguishing ability of the two methods differed.The reasons for different detection results of a same plant were analyzed;and technical policies aiming at reducing errors between molecular detection and filed tests were put forward.
