摘 要:从河南省信阳市水稻种植区土壤及水稻根、茎、叶等组织中分离得到1 248株细菌,经对峙培养法筛选出对水稻纹枯病菌(Riziocotinia solani)有强拮抗作用的菌株5株,分别为DJH-15、SQC-42、SQC-09、XX-19和YH-23。其中,DJH-15菌株的抑菌带最宽,达21.6 mm,其代谢产物抑菌率达78.8%。结果表明DJH-15防治水稻纹枯病具有较大应用潜力,待进一步研究开发。A total of 1 248 bacterial strains were obtained from the soil,roots,stems and leaves of healthy rice plants collected from different rice planting areas in Xinyang.Five strains with strong antagonistic to Riziocotinia had been screened through dual-culture on PDA plates,which were DJH-15,SQC-42,SQC-09,XX-19 and YH-23.Among these strains,inhibition zone of DJH-15 was the widest(21.6 mm);and its inhibitory rate was 78.8%.The results showed that DJH-15 had great application potential on the control of rice sheath blight,and it was still to be improved.
