摘 要:从穗颈节间、一次枝梗、叶片、二次枝梗、叶鞘等不同部位比较了不同耐热性水稻品种的维管束解剖性状。结果表明,不同耐热性水稻品种间的维管束解剖性状存在较大的差异,耐热品种穗颈的大、小维管束个数之比大于不耐热品种,耐热品种穗颈的大维管束面积/茎壁面积大于不耐热品种,耐热品种叶片主脉的韧皮部面积/导管面积大于不耐热品种。这些差异有望作为水稻耐热性育种中单株选择的指标,以利于水稻耐热资源的筛选、鉴定与利用。The anatomic characteristics of vascular bundles in leaf,leaf sheath,the first internode,primary branch,and secondary branch of different heat tolerant rice varieties were observed.The results showed that there were big differences between the anatomic characteristics of vascular bundle of different heat tolerant rice varieties,ratio of big vascular bundle numbers to small vascular bundle numbers in the first internode of heat tolerant rice variety was bigger than that of heat sensitive variety.The ratio of big vascular bundle area to stem wall area in the first internode of heat tolerant rice variety was bigger than that of heat sensitive variety.The ratio of phloem area of mid-vein in leaf to duct area of heat tolerant rice variety was bigger than that of heat sensitive variety.The differences between heat tolerant and heat sensitive rice varieties could be used as indexes for the breeding of heat tolerant rice in the future.
