摘 要:试验在20 cm留茬压倒(NPS20)、40 cm留茬压倒(NPS40)、40 cm立秆留茬(NS40)、20 cm立秆留茬(NS20)和传统耕作(CT)5个处理的基础上增加5 400 m3/hm2灌溉量(I1)、3 600 m3/hm2灌溉量(I2)两种灌溉量,共设计了10个处理,研究了小麦不同留茬高度、不同留茬方式以及不同灌水量对土壤微生物量C季节性变化的影响。结果表明,与传统耕作相比,留茬免耕一年后土壤微生物量C在休闲期、播种期和收获期平均增加量分别以40 cm立秆留茬(NS40)、40 cm立秆留茬(NS40)和20 cm留茬压倒(NPS20)较大;不同灌水量下,留茬免耕两年后土壤微生物量C以NS40I1最高。Field experiment of 10 treatments were carried out to study the effects of different stubble staying treatments and different irrigation mass in no-tillage with stubble on soil microbial biomass C in Hexi corridor.Stubble staying treatments were leaving 20 cm high stubble at harvest,then pressd(NPS20),leaving 40 cm high stubble at harvest,then preised(NPS40),leaving 40 cm high stubble at harvest(NS40),leaving 20 cm high stubble at harvest(NS20) and conventional tillage.Irrigation mass were 5 400 and 3 600 m3/hm2.The results showed that,compared with conventional tillage,the highest increased quantities of soil microbial biomass C(SMB-C) were appeared in NS40(leaving 40cm high stubble at harvest)、 NS40,NPS20 of fallow stage,sowing time and harvesting stage respectively after no-tillage with stubble was designed one year;the quantity of soil microbial biornass C of NS40I1 was the highest after no-tillage with stubble was designed two years in different irrigation mass.
