焦作市山药种质资源及开发利用研究

摘　　要：怀山药为著名的"四大怀药"之首,又是药食同源之精品;焦作市具有悠久的种植山药历史,种质资源十分丰富。经过多年调查征集,已经收集了具有较好特性与经济性状的若干个山药本地品种和引进品种,开展了山药种质资源初步研究,阐述了山药化学成分的研究成果,总结了山药的药用价值、食用价值,分析了焦作市山药资源开发利用的现状,为焦作市山药产业加快良种快繁、种质资源保存与评价、种质资源创新与新品种选育、规范化种植等提供了技术保障,这对于焦作市区域经济发展具有重要指导意义。As the head of famous "four major huai-medicine",Dioscorea opposite Thunb.was both high-quality food and medicine.Jiaozuo city has a long history of planting D.opposite,the germplasm resources were very rich.After many years of investigation and collection,several local and introducing D.opposite varieties with good properties had been collected.Investigation of D.opposite germplasm resources was preliminary carried out.The research progress of D.opposite chemical composition was described;meanwhile,the medicinal and edible value of D.opposite was summarized.The development and utilization situation of D.opposite in Jiaozuo city was analyzed to provide technological guarantee for speeding up the rapid propagation,germplasm preservation and evaluation,germplasm innovation and breeding of new varieties,standardized production of D.opposite,etc.,which had important directive significance for regional economic development in Jiaozuo city.
