摘　　要：对桂林市从湖南省引进的金银花品种湘蕾进行了田间生长状况调查,测定了湘蕾叶片中绿原酸的含量。结果表明,湘蕾在桂林市生长良好,而且出现了一年开花2次的株系,叶片绿原酸含量也比较高。为桂林市下一步选择金银花快速生长材料、开展金银花丰花新品种选育、开辟绿原酸提取新途径、加快金银花产业化发展提供了有力支撑。The field growth situation of honeysuckle variety Lonicera macranthoides Hand.-Mazz.cv.Xianglei introduced from Hunan province to Guilin city was investigated;and the content of chlorogenic acid in L.macranthoides cv.Xianglei leaves was determined.The results showed that the L.macranthoides cv.Xianglei grew well in Guilin city as strains flowering twice in one year was found;and chlorogenic acid content in leaves was high.It provided powerful support for the selection of rapid growth honeysuckle material,breeding of new honeysuckle cultivars rich in flowers,establishing new methods for extraction of chlorogenic acid,speeding up the industrialization development of honeysuckle.
