农地整理对农户农地劳力投入意愿影响的实证分析

摘　　要：了解农户的农地劳力投入意愿和行为对农村剩余劳动力问题的解决以及社会经济政策的制定和执行,农地整理效益的持续发展和耕地的可持续性利用至关重要。以农地整理区为例,利用农户调查数据,在农地整理实施绩效的基础上,对农户的农地劳力投入意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农户的农地劳力投入意愿和决策受到农户的自身特征、家庭结构和资本状况、耕地禀赋、市场状况、农地整理等因素的影响。不同因素的影响方向和作用程度有差异。Understanding the willingness and behavior of peasants for labor inputs to farmland is essential to solve the issues of rural surplus labor,formulate and implement the rural socio-economic policy,develop the agricultural land consolidation benefits continuously,and sustainable use of the cultivated land.Taking an agricultural land consolidation area as an example,an empirical analysis on factors influencing the willingness of peasants for labor inputs to farmland was conducted by using the peasants household survey data,based on the implementing performance of agricultural land consolidation.The results show that the factors including the characteristics of farmers,family structure and capital situation,cultivated land endowment,market conditions,agricultural land consolidation and so on influenced the willingness and decisions of peasants for labor inputs to farmland.The influence direction and action degree of different factors showed differences.
