摘　　要：在水温为17～18℃条件下研究了麻醉剂MS-222对锦鲤(Cryprinus carpiod)的麻醉效果。结果表明,MS-222对锦鲤的麻醉是一个渐变的过程,经历从轻度麻醉、中度麻醉到深度麻醉的行为变化;随着MS-222浓度的逐渐升高,锦鲤表现出达到麻醉状态所需时间逐渐减少、苏醒时间逐渐增加的趋势。MS-222浓度为40 mg/L时,锦鲤进入轻度麻醉、中度麻醉和深度麻醉所需时间分别为259、901和1 011 s,苏醒时间为82 s,对锦鲤的麻醉效果较好。建议在锦鲤麻醉实践操作中,采用浓度为40 mg/L的MS-222进行麻醉,麻醉时间为901 s。Anaesthetic effects of MS-222 to Cryprinus carpiod was tested at water temperature 17-18 ℃.The results showed that the anaesthetic behavior was a gradient process from mild,moderate to deep degree anaesthesia.With the concentration of MS-222 increasing,the anaesthetic time of C.carpiod reduced and the recovery time increased gradually.The time of C.carpiod arrived the mild,moderate,deep degree anaesthesia and the recovery was 259 seconds,901 seconds,1 011 seconds and 82 seconds when the concentration of MS-222 thickness was 40 mg/L,the anaesthesia effect was fairly good.It was suggested that the concentration of MS-222 was 40 mg/L and the anaesthetic time was 901 seconds in the anaesthetizing practice on C.carpiod.
