摘 要:为评价卫河水的水质状况,用曝气3 d以上的自来水将卫河水稀释成不同体积浓度(70%、50%、30%、10%),处理发育至27~28期的中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)蝌蚪。结果显示:70%浓度组的卫河水对蝌蚪具有致死效应;50%浓度组的卫河水对蝌蚪的生长具有明显抑制作用,可使蝌蚪的全长变短,体重减轻,发育分期亦明显滞后;10%和30%浓度组的蝌蚪全长和体重的增长率降低,发育分期也有所滞后;所有经卫河水处理的蝌蚪均不能发育至变态。说明卫河水污染严重,其毒性物质对中国林蛙蝌蚪的生长发育危害极大,应多措并举,加快卫河综合治理。To assess the Weihe river water quality,different concentrations(70%,50%,30%,10%) of Weihe river water,dilutting with tap water aerated for more than 3 d,were used to treat the Rana chensinensis tadpoles in 27 to 28 development stage.The results showed that 70% Weihe river water had a lethal effect on tadpoles;50% Weihe river water had a significant inhibition effect on tadpoles,leading the short body length,weight decreasing and lagging development;and 10% and 30% Weihe river water also made the growth rate of the tadpoles total body length and body weight decreasing as well as the development lagged.All tadpoles were unable to finish metamorphosis in each treatment group of Weihe river water.These results suggested the Weihe river water was seriously polluted,the toxic substances had great harm to the R.chensinensis growth.Thus,more measures should be taken to manage the Weihe river pollution.
