摘  要:采用超声波法提取马鞭草(Verbena officinalis)中总黄酮,设计单因素试验和正交试验考察超声波功率、乙醇体积分数、超声波处理时间和料液比对总黄酮提取效果的影响,优化提取工艺条件。并采用纸片琼脂扩散法考察马鞭草提取物对几种微生物的抑制作用。结果表明,优化的马鞭草总黄酮提取条件为乙醇体积分数60%、超声波功率350W、超声波处理时间50min、料液比m马鞭草∶V乙醇=1∶30(g/mL)。抑菌试验表明,马鞭草黄酮类化合物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、白假丝酵母(Candida spp.)、青霉(Penicillium citrimum)、黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)均有一定的抑制作用。Flavonoids were extracted from Herba Verbenae(Verbena officinalis) by ultrasonic method.Single factor tests and orthogonal design were conducted to optimize the extraction conditions,including ultrasonic-wave power,volume fraction of ethanol solvent,extraction time and solid to liquid ratio.Furthermore,microbial inhibition characteristic of the flavonoids extracts was investigated by disc diffusion method.The results showed that,the optimal parameters of the extraction process were as follows,ethanol volume fraction,60%;ultrasonic-wave power,350 W;extraction time,50 min;and mVerbenae∶Vethanol = 1∶30(g/mL).According to antimicrobial tests,favonoids extracted from Herba Verbena had certain antimicrobial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Candida spp.,Penicillium citrimum and Aspergillus niger.
