高油高异黄酮春大豆新品种吉育97的选育

摘　　要：吉育97(原品系代号公交DY2004-5)具有高油、高异黄酮、高产、抗病、广适等特点。生育期126 d,亚有限结荚习性,株高100 cm,尖叶、紫花,灰色绒毛,子粒椭圆形,种皮黄色有光泽,种脐黄色。脂肪含量23.56%,蛋白质含量40.35%,异黄酮含量3.63‰。2006-2007年公交DY2004-5在吉林省大豆中早熟组东区区域试验中平均产量2 815.1 kg/hm2,居第一位,比对照品种黑农38增产3.1%。A new mid-early soybean variety Jiyu 97 was bred by Soybean Research Institute,Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Jinlin Province,which had been proved and released to farmers by Jilin Evaluation Committee of Crop Variety in 2009.The original code of this variety was Gongjiao DY2004-5.It had the characteristics of high-oil,high-isoflavone,high-yield,well disease resistance,and wide adaptation.Its growth period was 126 days and had sub-pod habit with tip leaves,purple flower,grey fuzz,grain fuzz,grain oval,yellow and shiny seed coat,and yellow hilum.The content of oil,protein,and isoflavone of this veriety was 23.56%,40.35% and 3.63‰ respectively.The mean yield of Jiyu 97 reached 2 815.1 kg/hm2,which was 3.1% higher than the contrast variety Heinong 38.
