摘 要:试验从海金沙的根、茎、叶器官中分离获得了内生真菌17株,鉴定出16株,另外1株因不产孢子而未被鉴定出,分别属于3个纲4个目5个科8个属。在鉴定的8属内生真菌中,以青霉属为优势属,占总株数的23.5%,其次是顶枝孢属和链格孢属,各占总株数的17.6%。表明海金沙不同部位、不同季节内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及其组成存在差异,体现了内生真菌生态分布的多样性。17 strains of endophytic fungi were firstly isolated from root,stem and leaf tissues of Lygodium japonicum(Thunb.) Sw.,of which 16 strains were identified belonging to 8 genera,5 families,4 orders,3 classes;and one strain had not been identified owing to lack of spores.Among the 8 genera of identified endophytic fungi,Penicillium Link ex Fr.was the dominant genera,accounting for 23.5% of the total number;the second were Acremonium Link and Alternaria Nees ex Fr.,each of which was comprised 17.6% of the total number.Quantity,distribution,and population constitution of endophytic fungi in L.japonicum varied in different tissues of the plants collected in different seasons,which reflected the ecological diversity of endophytic fungi in L.japonicum.
