摘 要:以离子液体溴化十六烷基咪唑盐(C16minBr)为新型光度增敏剂,建立了花生和大豆中钼(Ⅵ)的分析方法。在0.5 mol/L盐酸溶液中,离子液体C16minBr对Mo(VI)-SAF体系具有增敏作用,形成Mo(VI)-SAF-C16minBr橘红色三元络合物,并在525 nm处为最大的吸收峰,钼的质量浓度在0.01~0.50μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε525 nm)=1.242×105L/(mol.cm)。将该法用于花生和大豆中微量钼测定的回收率为102%~107%。A new ionic liquid sensitized sepctrophotometic method was proposed on the base of the Mo(Ⅵ)-Salicyl fluorone(SAF)-1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(C16minBr) system.In the presence of 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,the color reaction of Mo(Ⅵ) with salicyl fluorone(SAF) could be sensitized by adding the ionic liquid of C16minBr.The maximum absorption wavelength of the stationary ternary complex Mo(Ⅵ)-SAF-C16minBr was at 525 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of the complex(ε525 nm) was 1.242×105 L/(mol·cm).The accordance with Lambert-beer’s law in the range of 0.01~0.50 μg/mL Mo(Ⅵ) was found.This developed method was used for the determination of Mo content peanut and soybean.The results were consistent with those from graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The recovery rates of Mo in peanut and soybean were in the range of 102%~107%.
