咸宁特产资源地理标志知识产权保护分析

摘　　要：咸宁市是茶叶之乡、桂花之乡、楠竹之乡、苎麻之乡,具有丰富的特产资源,现有2种国家地理标志产品、1种国家农产品地理标志,但尚未注册国家地理标志商标。通过介绍咸宁特产资源概况,分析该市地理标志知识产权保护现状,探讨了特产资源地理标志知识产权保护发展对策,并提出了几点建议。There are lots of traditional specialty in Xianning city,such as tea,osmanthus,Nan bamboo and ramie.There are two national geographical indications and one national agricultural geographical indication been identified.The specialty resources and the protection status of geographical indications of the specialty in Xianning city were introduced.Countermeasures for development of intellectual property protection of geographical indications were discussed;and some suggestions were put forward.
