摘　　要：调研了安徽省现阶段土地整治工作,分别从水田的特征、表土的影响、剥离的难点和存在的问题等方面分析了丘陵区水田表土剥离的内涵;提出了丘陵区水田表土剥离的田块归并原则、参照剥离原则和"点对点"等原则,并根据丘陵区的地形地貌和土壤特点,设计标准田块,制定水田内部规划和确定剥离单元划分;同时选择适宜的表土剥离机械,提出了条带剥离递进回填的表土剥离工艺,减少表土剥离土方量、增加耕地的水田表土剥离技术。After thorough investigation of land remediation at the present stage in Anhui province,the connotation of surface soil stripping in hilly paddy fields was analyzed,including the characteristics of the paddy fields,the impact of surface soils,and the problems of stripping.Aiming at surface soil stripping of hilly paddy fields,the principles of plot merging,reference stripping and "point-to-point" were proposed.According to the hilly topography and soil characteristics,standard plots was designed to develop the internal planning of paddy fields and determine the stripping unit.At the same time,appropriate machineries of surface soil stripping were chosen.Surface soil stripping process of band stripping progressive backfill was raised.The earthwork of surface soil stripping was reduced and the areas of farmland increased.It proposed new thought of surface soil in paddy fields stripping in further research of land remediation.
