摘  要:贵州省茅台镇是中国"国酒"茅台酒的生产地,该区地质背景和环境条件特殊,为了探索该区钙华苔藓群丛中微型生物多样性特征,经野外生态调查和室内初步分析鉴定,发现该区钙华沉积苔藓植物7种和微型生物34种,其中微型生物有蓝藻门1种、硅藻门4种、原生动物门29种。划分了钙华沉积区苔藓群丛微型生物为6个功能营养群,其中细菌碎屑取食者群(B群)的种类数最多,占总数的42.86%,其次是食藻者群(A群),占总数的30.95%,光合营养群(P群)占总数的11.90%,食肉者群(R群)占总数的9.52%,腐生营养群(S群)和非选择性杂食者群(N群)都分别占总数的2.38%。通过对钙华地区不同基岩类型钙华苔藓群丛微型生物种类相似性的比较,发现不同的岩石性质对苔藓群丛微型生物多样性的组成有显著的影响,揭示了该区钙华苔藓群丛微型生物的异质性。Maotai town is a produce place of Maotai distilled wine,and it has unique geological background and environmental conditions.For the research of microorganism biodiversity,field work was conducted at tufa deposition in this area.After identification and analysis in laboratory,34 microorganism taxa belonging to three groups had been found from this tufa in Maotai town.Among them,there were one species for cyanophyta,four for bacillariophyta and twenty nine for protozoa.And seven taxa for bryophytes also were found from this tufa.Six groups of ecological function were classified including Bactivores detritivores(B groups,42.86%),Algivores(A groups,30.95%),Photosynthetic autotrophs(P groups,11.90%),Raptors(R groups,9.52%),Saprotrophs(S group,2.38%) and Nonselective omnivores(N groups,2.38%).The species similarity index showed that the species composition of microorganism diversity was significant effected by different rock quality,the results indicated that it had unique characteristics of microorganism diversity associated with bryophyte association from the tufa in this area.
