摘　　要：科技查新是查新机构根据查新委托人提供的查新点,通过一定的检索手段和检索方式,对检出的相关文献进行综合分析,完全以客观文献内容为依据做出新颖性判断并给出结论的过程。以"小麦抗赤霉病分子基础研究"为例,着重对查新合同的填写、查新员与委托人的沟通、检索策略的拟定、文献相关性的分析、查新结论的撰写等问题进行了探讨。Sci-tech novelty retrieval is a procedure that novelty checking institutions,in light of novelty retrieval points provided by their clients,fully analyze related literatures by using some specific retrieval methods and modes,make a creative judgment and ultimately draw a conclusion based on the objective content of the literatures.Taking the research on molecular of fusarium head blight resistance in wheat as an example,the purpose of this paper is to investigate several issues in sci-tech novelty retrieval,including the filing of a novelty search contract,communication between novelty consultant and client,establishment of retrieval strategies,correlation analysis of various literatures and the writing of retrieval conclusions,etc.
