摘 要:以河南、山西、陕西、辽宁省不同种源酸枣种子播种得到的一年生实生苗和新疆本地种源不同树龄(一年生、二年生)、不同株型(直立枝弯曲型、直立枝开叉型、丛生型)酸枣实生苗为试验材料,测定不同低温处理和冬季自然降温条件下酸枣实生苗离体枝条的电导率,计算得到各处理的枝条电解质相对外渗率,应用Logistic方程建立回归模型,通过显著性检验,结合Logistic方程拐点确定了酸枣实生苗枝条细胞的低温半致死温度,以此作为衡量酸枣抗寒性能的数量指标。结果表明,酸枣实生苗枝条的电解质相对外渗率均随温度的降低而增加,温度与枝条电解质相对外渗率之间的关系呈现"S"型曲线变化;不同外地种源酸枣一年生实生苗抗寒性的高低排序依次为河北省、山西省、辽宁省、陕西省,本地种源酸枣实生苗不同树龄抗寒性的高低排序依次为二年生、一年生,本地种源酸枣实生苗不同株型抗寒性的高低排序依次为直立枝弯曲型、直立枝开叉型、丛生型。Taking the one-year-old seedling of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa(Bunge) Hu ex H.F.Chow.with different provenance(Henan,Shanxi,Shaanxi and Liaoning province) and Xinjiang local provenance seedlings with different age(one-year-old,two-year-old) and different plant types(vertical-branch bent type,vertical-branch fork type and brunch type) as test material,the conductivity rate of isolated brunches of the seedlings under different low temperature treatments and natural winter cooling conditions was determined to calculate the relative electrolyte leakage rate of different treatments.The regression model was established by using Logistic equation,and the semilethal temperature(LT50) of Z.jujuba var.spinosa seedling brunches was calculated.Results showed that the relative electrolyte leakage rate of Z.jujuba var.spinosa seedlings increased with the decrease of temperature,and the relationship between temperature and relative electrolyte leakage rate was an "S" shape curve.The cold resistance of one-year-old Z.jujuba var.spinosa seedlings with different provenance ranked from high to low as Hebei province,Shanxi province,Liaoning province and Shaanxi province;while the cold resistance of two-year-old local provenance Z.jujuba var.spinosa seedlings was higher than that of one-year-old seedling.The cold resistance of local provenance Z.jujuba var.spinosa seedlings with different plant type ranked as vertical-branch bent type,vertical-branch fork type and brunch type.
