宁夏沿黄城市带土地集约利用研究——以银川市为例

摘　　要：依据《宁夏沿黄城市带发展规划》的要求,对宁夏沿黄城市带土地集约利用的驱动力进行分析,并以银川市为例,从土地利用结构、土地利用强度、土地利用产出效率与土地利用持续状况等4个方面评价和分析了银川市土地集约利用水平与存在的问题,并提出了宁夏沿黄城市带实现土地集约利用的政策措施。According to the requirements of 'Development plan of the city belt of Ningxia along the Yellow River',the driving factors of land intensive use in the city belt of Ningxia along the Yellow River were analyzed.Taking Yinchuan city for example,assessment and analysis of the four aspects of the city land intensive use level and the existing problems of Yinchuan city were assessed and analyzed,with structure of land use,strength of land use,output efficiency of land use and sustainability of land use,and the policy measures of land intensive use in the city belt of Ningxia along the Yellow River were put forward.
