摘  要:以乙醇溶液为提取溶剂从佛手(Citrus medica var.sarcodactylis)中提取总黄酮,在单因素试验的基础上以佛手总黄酮提取率为指标,选择提取温度、提取时间和液料比3个因素进行Box-Behnken中心组合试验,优化佛手总黄酮的提取工艺条件。结果表明,优化的提取工艺条件为体积分数60%的乙醇溶液作提取溶剂、提取温度69℃、提取时间1.9 h、液料比V乙醇:m佛手粉=32:1(mL/g)、提取2次,该条件下佛手总黄酮提取率为0.565 9%。Total flavonoids were extracted from bergamot(Citrus medica var.sarcodactylis) using alcohol as extractant.The extraction conditions including extraction temperature,extraction time and liquid to solid ratio were optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology on the base of single factor tests using the yield of total flavonoids as indicator.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from bergamot were as follows,volume fraction of extractant alcohol solution,60%;extraction temperature,69 ℃;extraction time,1.9 h;liquid to solid ratio Valcohol∶mbergamot=32∶1(mL / g) and extracting twice.The yield of total flavonoids from bergamot was 0.565 9% under the optimal extraction conditions.
