广豆根的化学成分研究

摘　　要：为研究广豆根(Sophora subprostrata Chunet T.Chen)中的化学成分,采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和波谱特征鉴定了其化学结构。结果表明,从广豆根中分离得到5个化合物,经过波谱解析确定化合物为:(+)-羽扇豆醇、β-谷甾醇、广豆根素、高丽槐素、山豆根色烯素。通过柱层析和结晶的方法首次从该植物中分离得到山豆根色烯素。To study chemical composition of Sophora subprostrata Chunet T.Chen,compounds from Sophora subprostrata Chunet T.Chen were isolated by silica-gel and Sephadex LH-20 column,and identified by physicochemical data and spectral methods.Five compounds were isolated and identified as lupeol,sitosterol,sophoranone,maackiain and sophoranochromene.By column chromatography and crystallization,sophoranochromene was isolated from this plant for the first time.
