摘 要:针对当前湿式厌氧发酵存在的沼液难于处理的问题,以解决集约化猪场粪污达到"近零排放"为目标,利用稻草作为污水吸附剂和物料的调理剂,采用厌氧干发酵渗滤液回流工艺处理规模化猪场粪污,通过试验确定了秸秆饱和吸水率、前处理时间、渗滤液回流周期、厌氧发酵周期以及后处理周期等工艺参数。结果表明,该工艺在规模化猪场粪污处理方面具有可行性,基本上可以解决粪污处理问题。厌氧发酵结束后,再进一步处理,将沼渣制肥,对外无污染排放,可以实现污染物的"近零排放"。In resent years,the sewages after wet anaerobic fermentation are difficult to dispose.In order to realize the goal of zero emissions of manure and sewage in intensive pig farm,rice straw was used as water adsorbent and conditioner and dry fermentation process(also known as solid-state fermentation process) was used to dispose the manure and sewage in intensive pig farm.The saturated water absorption rate of straw,pre-treatment time,leachate return cycle period,the anaerobic fermentation period and post-treatment period and other parameters were determined.The results showed that the process was feasible manure and sewage could be disposed basically.After anaerobic digestion,the biogas residues could be composted.In brief,this process,could realize zero emissions.
