摘 要:通过对恩施烟区的代表性烟叶样品实施分析,比较了≤800 m、800~1 300 m和≥1 300 m 3个海拔高度下烟叶的品质特性差异。结果表明,海拔高度与烟叶总糖含量、糖碱比和施木克值均呈极显著的正相关关系,与烟叶总植物碱含量呈显著的负相关关系;海拔高度与烟叶透发性和杂气呈显著的正相关关系;随着海拔高度的升高,浓透清香型烟叶所占比例逐渐增加,中偏浓香型烟叶所占比例逐渐减少,浓偏中香型烟叶在3个海拔高度之间所占比例相对变化不大。Based on analysis of representative tobacco leaf samples in Enshi tobacco-growing areas,the differences of tobacco leaves’ quality characteristic under 3 different altitudes,≤800 m,800~1 300 m,and ≥1 300 m,were compared.Results indicated that altitude was very significantly positive correlated with total sugar content,sugar-alkali ratio,and schmuck value,while significantly negatively correlated with total alkaloid content of tobacco leaves.With the increase of altitude,the proportion of tobacco leaves with thick-delicate flavor increased;while the proportion of tobacco leaves with middle-thick flavor decreased;the proportion of tobacco leaves with middle-thick flavor did not changed a lot with altitude.
