摘  要:采用HPLC法测定新疆红提(Vitis vinifera cv.Red globe)和紫香无核(Vitis vinifera cv.NO.4 Xinnong)离体葡萄叶片中的白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷、紫檀茋、ε-二聚体葡萄素4种茋化物的含量。结果表明,4种茋化物的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 0~0.999 3,平均回收率为90.2%~109.2%。新疆红提和紫香无核离体葡萄叶片中4种茋化物含量不同,红提葡萄叶茋化物含量相对较高,其中白藜芦醇苷含量最高达23.73μg/g。2种葡萄叶的茋化物含量依次均为白藜芦醇苷>紫檀茋>白藜芦醇>ε-二聚体葡萄素。高效液相色谱法灵敏度高,适用于葡萄叶中4种茋类化合物含量测定。The content of resveratrol(Res),polydatin(PD),pterostilbene(PS),ε-viniferin(ε-VF) in the grape leaves of Hongti(Vitis vinifera cv.Red globe) and Zixiangwuhe(V.vinifera cv.NO.4 Xin nong) in Xinjiang region of China was analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that there were good linear correlations between the concentration of four stilbenes and their chromatographic peak area,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 0~0.999 3.The recovey was 90.2%~109.2%.The content of 4 silbenes was in detached grape leaves of Hongti and Zixiangwuhe was different.Stilbenes content in Hongti grape leaves was relatively high,the highest resveratrol content was 23.73 μg / g.Stilbenes content in both two grape cultivars ranked as PD>PS>Res>ε-VF.This method was simple and accurate,applicable to the determination of stilbenes content in leaves of two grape cultivars.
