国内“三化”协调发展经验及对河南镜鉴

摘　　要：苏南、天津和成都在"三化"协调发展方面进行了不少探索,在产业结构、土地使用和体制机制建设方面给河南省提供了宝贵的经验,对河南省"三化"协调发展具有重要的借鉴意义。结合河南省省情提出了河南省"三化"协调发展的建议。South Jiangsu,Tianjin and Chengdu had explored a lot in the coordinative development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,and could provide valuable experience and important reference for the coordinative development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Henan province from the aspects including industrial structure,land utilization,and system and mechanism construction.Based on the practice situation of Henan province,suggestions for the coordinative development of industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization in Henan province were proposed.
