陕西省“三化”协同发展水平测度与分析

摘　　要：通过Johansen协整检验,论证了陕西省工业化、城镇化和农业现代化发展间存在长期协整关系。以此为依据,将工业化、城镇化和农业现代化视为"三化"系统中的3个子系统,运用DEA方法计算3个子系统之间的两两关系以及三者间的协调度与发展度。根据协调发展度计算结果及其分级评价标准,结合陕西省各地市(区)经济社会发展实际情况,分别对各地市(区)的协调发展情况进行评价和分析。在此基础上提出促进全省及各类型发展区协调发展的政策建议。The long-term cointegrating relationship among industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Shaanxi province were demonstrated through Johansen cointegration test.Industrialization,urbanization and agro-modernization were regarded as subsystems in the ‘three-modernization’ system;and data envelope analysis was applied to compute the cooperation degree and development degree.According to the results of coordinated development and the evaluation criterions,the state of the cooperative development in the cities of Shaanxi province was analyzed on the basis of the facts of social and economic development.Furthermore,suggestions and advices about the improvement of each type of development area were proposed.
