缺水胁迫对小鼠记忆行为的影响

摘　　要：为探究不同程度缺水胁迫对小鼠记忆行为的影响,将健康昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,即A组(正常对照组)、B组(轻度缺水胁迫组)、C组(中度缺水胁迫组)、D组(重度缺水胁迫组),每组10只。采用迷宫试验和避暗试验测定小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果表明,在迷宫试验的测试中,B组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);C组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);D组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01)。在避暗试验测试中,B组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比无显著差异(P>0.05);C组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);D组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01)。说明轻度缺水胁迫对小鼠的记忆力影响不大,中度和重度缺水胁迫会使小鼠的记忆力下降,且重度缺水胁迫对小鼠记忆力造成的不良影响最为严重。For investigating the effects of water deficiency stress of varying degrees on the behavior of mice memory,40 healthy mice(Kuming strain) were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely A group(control group,n=10) and group B(low-grade water dificiency stress group,n=10),C group(moderate water dificiency stress group,n=10),D group(severe water dificiency stress group,n=10),and adopted maze experiment and avoiding darkness experiment to study their learning and memory ability.The results showed that in the maze experiment,there was no significant difference between A and B group in memory ability(P&gt;0.05);while the group A showed significant difference with group C and D(P&lt;0.05 with group C and P&lt;0.01 with group D).In the avoiding darkness experiment,the situation of mistaken escape times was in the same.It indicated that low-grade water deficiency had no severe hurt on mice memory,but the moderate and severe deficiency of water might hurt mice memory and the adverse effect under severe water deficiency stress was the worst.
