摘  要:以呼伦贝尔草甸草原自然保护区作为研究样地,研究不同干扰下羊草(Leymus chinensis)群落物种多样性与群落特征的相关关系。结果表明,刈割和放牧两种干扰方式对羊草群落物种多样性和地上生物量的变化影响明显。刈割区的地上生物量明显高于放牧区;生物多样性的总体趋势是刈割﹥放牧。在两种干扰方式下,群落地上生物量均与Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Simpson多样性指数呈负相关关系。在刈割干扰下,群落地上生物量与Pielou均匀度指数呈正相关关系,而在放牧干扰下则相反。With the sample of Hulunbuir Meadow Grassland Nature Reserve,the correlation of Leymus chinensis species diversity and community feature under different interferences were studied.The results showed that the disturbances of both mowing and grazing performed significant influence on in the species diversity and aboveground biomass of L.chinensis community.The aboveground biomass in mowing area was obviously higher than the grazing areas.The overall trend of biodiversity was mowing above grazing.Under the two interferences,the correlation of aboveground biomass with the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Simpson index were all negative.Under mowing interference,the aboveground biomass was positively correlated to Pielou index,while to the grazing disturbance was on the contrary.
